In this session, you will dive deep into the magic of the „dream team“ with entrepreneur, social innovator and former swiss rugby player Christa Herrmann. Experience hands-on lessons and practical tools from the swiss rugby family, the pacific islands, and the emerging “regenerative leadership” paradigm.
My role
In 2023-4, I facilitated various workshops on „Team & Collaboration“ as part of the ETH SPH „Workshop Wednesdays“ series for an audience of 5-15 makers & innovators.
I compiled a hands-on input integrating lessons from the swiss rugby family, the pacific islands, and the emerging “regenerative leadership” paradigm

The Student Project House inspires and empowers students to cultivate a mindset of makers and innovators today, so they can create a better tomorrow. The goals of this workshop were:
- We inspire & motivate students to enthusiastically work together & to find their way of collab – in good and difficult times
- Students learn how build a team, how to enter fruitful collaboration and how to tackle & resolve conflicts
